Selecting the Data to Print for your Print Job

The second step of the Print Labels wizard is to select the data to use in the print job. There are 3 different options to choose from:

• Current display record will print the data for whichever address book contact you have set to Show on Designer
• Data sources allows you to select from other data sources you have set up to import data. With this option selected you can click the Maintain Data Sources button to open the Data Sources window.
• Contact Groups allows you to load one or more contact groups that you have set up to use for the print jobs. With this option selected you can click the Maintain Contact Groups button to open the Contact Groups window.

Click Next to continue on to Step 3 of the Print Labels wizard, or click Back to return to Step 1.
