Easy account submission to gValidate. Submitting an account to gValidate that already exists in VersaCheck. Account submission to gValidate for customers with previous versions of VersaCheck.

You have already set up your account in VersaCheck.

You want to submit the account to gValidate without typing all of the account information again.

NOTE: To complete this process you must first have an email address and password log in on www.gvalidate.com. If you do not have one visit their website now and sign up. You will also need to have your account information entered into VersaCheck.

1. Open VersaCheck. Click on My Accounts. Right click on the account name and select Edit Checkbook.



2. When the Edit Checkbook window appears click on the Next button until you get to step 6 of 6.



3. On step 6 of 6 click on the Finish button. This will make the account validation screen appear. Click on the Validate Now button.



4. The log in screen for gValidate will appear. Fill in your email address and password for gValidate and click on the Next button.



5. Your web browser will open to the gVaidate home page. Your email address and password will be filled in in the top right corner of the page. Click on the "Log In" button.



6. The account submission page will open with all of your account information pre-filled in. You need to complete the following:

A. Enter a phone number.
B. Enter the Check Signer Name.
C. Provide the signature for the penny check by one of the methods available.
D. Give the account a name.
E. Re-enter the account number to confirm.

Once the information above has been entered click on the Next button and proceed to submit your account.
