Data Text is any text in [ ] brackets that will be replaced by the software with text for a specific check (e.g., the payee name, the check amount, etc.). You can select what type of information VersaCheck will add to any particular data text field by selecting a type from the Data type field. In the Format section you can select which Font the text should use, how the type should be aligned within the bounding box for that data text field. By checking the Word wrap box, text that runs longer than the bounding box will wrap to the next line rather than forcing the field to extend past the bounding box.

You can make adjustments to the Position and Size and Border of the data text, as well as adding a Background image or color.
